{"id":1931,"date":"2026-02-11T16:53:45","date_gmt":"2026-02-11T16:53:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/foreignnewstoday.com\/?p=1931"},"modified":"2026-02-11T16:53:45","modified_gmt":"2026-02-11T16:53:45","slug":"cloudflare-net-q4-earnings-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foreignnewstoday.com\/?p=1931","title":{"rendered":"Cloudflare (NET) Q4 earnings 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div id=\"RegularArticle-ArticleBody-5\" data-module=\"ArticleBody\" data-test=\"articleBody-2\" data-analytics=\"RegularArticle-articleBody-5-2\"><span class=\"HighlightShare-hidden\" style=\"top:0;left:0\"\/><\/p>\n<div class=\"InlineImage-imageEmbed\" id=\"ArticleBody-InlineImage-108263229\" data-test=\"InlineImage\">\n<div class=\"InlineImage-wrapper\">\n<div>\n<p>Samuel Boivin | Nurphoto | Getty Images<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"group\">\n<p><span class=\"QuoteInBody-quoteNameContainer\" data-test=\"QuoteInBody\" id=\"RegularArticle-QuoteInBody-1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/quotes\/NET\/\">Cloudflare<\/a><span class=\"QuoteInBody-inlineButton\"><span class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistContainer\" id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\" data-analytics-id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\"><button class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistButton\" aria-label=\"Add To Watchlist\" data-testid=\"dropdown-btn\"><span class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-addWatchListFromTag\"\/><\/button><\/span><\/span><\/span>&#8216;s stock rallied 10% Wednesday after the company beat Wall Street&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/cloudflare.net\/files\/doc_financials\/2025\/q4\/Q4-25-Exhibit-99-1_FINAL.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">fourth-quarter<\/a> estimates and issued upbeat guidance as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/ai-effect\/\">artificial intelligence<\/a> adoption fuels demand for its networking and security tools.<\/p>\n<p>In an earnings call with analysts Tuesday, CEO Matthew Prince said the rise of AI and agentic tools that can carry out tasks on a user&#8217;s behalf has driven more demand to Cloudflare&#8217;s networking and security offerings<\/p>\n<p>Prince said the company is seeing a boost from a &#8220;fundamental re-platforming&#8221; of the internet. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;If AI agents are the new users of the internet, Cloudflare is the platform they run on and the network they pass through,&#8221; he said. &#8220;This creates a virtuous flywheel.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The global networking and cloud provider reported adjusted earnings of 28 cents per share on $615 million in revenue. That topped the 27 cents per share and $591 million in revenue expected by analysts polled by LSEG. Revenue jumped 34% from a year ago. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"group\">\n<p>Cloudflare also provided strong guidance, calling for revenue in the range of $620 million and $621 million during the first quarter, ahead of the $614 million expected by analysts.
