Authorities investigating the disappearance of US TV host Savannah Guthrie’s mother sealed off a road near her home late on Friday night.\n<\/p>\n
A parade of cars from the FBI and the sheriff’s office, including forensics vehicles, were seen passing through a roadblock set up about two miles from Nancy Guthrie’s<\/a><\/strong> Arizona house.<\/p>\n Blood from the 84-year-old was previously found on the Tucson-area property’s front porch. She was reported missing on 1 February .<\/p>\n Investigators have found several gloves, the nearest of which was discovered some two miles from Ms Guthrie’s home, and submitted them for lab analysis, the sheriff’s office said.<\/p>\n The department said it had collected DNA from Ms Guthrie’s property, which does not belong to the missing OAP, nor those in close contact with her.<\/p>\n Supposed ransom notes have been sent to news outlets, but two deadlines for paying have passed.<\/p>\n Police have said that she has difficulty walking, has a pacemaker, and requires daily medication for a heart condition.<\/p>\n
