Kim Zolciak<\/a><\/span> <\/strong>won\u2019t be allowed to see the kids she shares with estranged husband Kroy Biermann<\/span><\/a><\/strong> until she completes therapy.<\/p>\n

According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly<\/i>, a Georgia judge approved a temporary parenting plan where KJ, 14, Kash, 13, and 12-year-old twins Kaia and Kane will remain in Biermann\u2019s physical custody from the time they are released from school on Friday, April 3, \u201cuntil [Zolciak] completes four sessions of parent therapy \u2026. But no earlier than April 13.\u201d<\/p>\n

The judge ruled that once Zolciak, 47, completes her four sessions as required, the parties shall \u201cresume operation under the existing court-ordered parenting plan, which otherwise remains in full force and effect until further agreement and\/or modification by this court.\u201d (TMZ<\/span><\/a> was first to report the news.)<\/p>\n

Court documents revealed that during the week of March 30, KJ and Kash were in Zolciak\u2019s custody, while Kaia and Kane were in Biermann\u2019s custody. (Us<\/em> has reached out to Biermann and Zolciak\u2019s teams for comment.)<\/p>\n

The ruling comes shortly after Kroy, 40, asked a Georgia state judge to immediately change<\/span><\/a> the pair\u2019s current joint custody arrangement.<\/p>\n

According to court documents obtained by Us<\/i>, the former football player is seeking primary custody of his and Zolciak\u2019s four children. Kroy claimed in his filing that Zolciak had exhibited \u201cblatant mismanagement of basic parenting responsibilities [that] would be practically unbelievable to anyone not familiar with the circumstances.\u201d<\/p>\n

Zolciak responded to her estranged husband\u2019s latest legal filing in a statement to Us<\/i>.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cThese accusations are completely false and nothing more than a deliberate attempt by Kroy to defame my character,\u201d she said. \u201cI spent five weeks away working on two TV shows to support my family and make sure my children are cared for \u2014 something I will never apologize for. I refuse to be bullied or have lies twisted into a narrative about who I am. I will not stay silent; the truth is on my side, and it will come to light \u2014 no matter how hard anyone tries to bury it.\u201d<\/p>\n
