{"id":41009,"date":"2026-04-04T14:52:15","date_gmt":"2026-04-04T14:52:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/foreignnewstoday.com\/?p=41009"},"modified":"2026-04-04T14:52:15","modified_gmt":"2026-04-04T14:52:15","slug":"rhoa-alum-kim-zolciak-clarifies-custody-battle-issues-with-ex-kroy-biermann","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foreignnewstoday.com\/?p=41009","title":{"rendered":"&#8216;RHOA&#8217; alum Kim Zolciak clarifies custody battle issues with ex Kroy Biermann"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><br \/>\n<br \/><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Kim Zolciak clarified her custody battle issues after it was reported that she\u2019s not allowed to <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/04\/03\/parents\/kim-zolciak-stripped-of-custody-until-she-completes-therapy\/\">see her and Kroy Biermann\u2019s kids again until she completes therapy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>On Friday, the reality star explained in a lengthy Instagram Story that she had \u201cnot lost custody\u201d of her children \u2014 Kroy Jr., 14, Kash, 13, and 12-year-old twins Kaia and Kane \u2014 \u201cnor has there been any modification to the custody arrangement.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI signed a temporary custody order at the end of January,\u201d Zolciak continued. \u201cThe order clearly states that both the mother and father are to participate in two counseling sessions per month for two months, followed by one session per month thereafter. My counseling sessions are scheduled and will be completed next week.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Before logging off, the mom of six made it clear that she had not been stripped of her parenting rights.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor the avoidance of any doubt,\u201d she wrote, \u201cI have not lost custody of my children, nor has there been any modification to the custody arrangement outside the agreed upon temporary order.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Zolciak also re-posted TMZ\u2019s original reporting, writing beneath the picture: \u201cI will absolutley not put up with these lies any longer.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Zolciak\u2019s Friday statement comes on the heels of TMZ obtaining court records earlier in the day that said the exes\u2019 four minor children would reside with Biermann, 40, from April 3 until the Bravo star completed four mandatory parent therapy sessions. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Zolciak (pictured here in a TMZ article she re-posted) noted: \u201cI am scheduled to resume my parenting time when the children return on Friday.\u201d <span class=\"credit\">kim zolciak\/ instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>The singer (pictured here with her sons) also addressed the mandated therapy, adding: \u201cI signed a temporary custody order at the end of January.
