allegations against the organization\u2019s co-founder Vince McMahon in a filing in <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2024\/05\/14\/business\/vince-mcmahon-accuser-janel-grant-asked-him-for-rough-sex-lawsuit\/\">her sex abuse lawsuit against him.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Janel Grant, who<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2024\/01\/25\/business\/ex-wwe-employee-says-vince-mcmahon-sexually-assaulted-her-with-sex-toys-named-after-wrestling-stars-suit\/\"> worked at WWE from June 2019<\/a> through early 2022, alleged in an affidavit filed earlier this week in Connecticut federal court that McMahon created a job \u201cmade from scratch\u201d especially for her in order to gain control over her.<\/p>\n<p>Grant alleges that McMahon<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2024\/01\/26\/business\/vince-mcmahon-sex-trafficking-accuser-met-wwe-boss-in-trump-managed-condo\/\"> subjected her to repeated sexual abuse<\/a> beginning before she even started working at WWE, escalating throughout her employment. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Janel Grant has sued Vince McMahon and WWE in Connecticut federal court.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>She claims the encounters became increasingly violent over time, causing physical injuries and emotional distress \u2014 prompting her to attempt suicide at one point. <\/p>\n<p>While it is uncommon for alleged sexual misconduct victims to be name, Grant\u2019s lawyer previously said she wanted to go public, explaining she hoped \u201cher lawsuit will prevent other women from being victimized.\u201d<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>The Post has sought comment from McMahon, who strongly <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2024\/01\/25\/business\/ex-wwe-employee-says-vince-mcmahon-sexually-assaulted-her-with-sex-toys-named-after-wrestling-stars-suit\/\">denied the allegations previously<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Grant alleged that in June 2021, she was raped on a table by McMahon and another WWE executive, John Laurinaitis, during work hours.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey forcefully pushed and pulled me and shoved their hands in my dress and up between my legs,\u201d Grant stated in the affidavit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe force caused stitches to pop on my dress, and I subsequently blacked out.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She described in detail the sexual violence she allegedly endured.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Grant alleged causing both physical and mental trauma,\u201d she alleged.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSex with Vince and others became so violent that I often cried and suffered physical side effects, including bleeding, up!\t\t\t\t\t<\/h3>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>In July 2021, McMahon \u201cmercilessly\u201d beat Grant to \u201cprepare\u201d her for a sexual encounter with Brock Lesnar, she alleged in the 40-page affidavit.<\/p>\n<p>The beatings allegedly involved McMahon pinning her down, dragging her around, ripping out her hair, slapping her and assaulting her with his fists, according to the filing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI dealt with the physical, psychological, and emotional side effects of that beating for days afterwards,\u201d Grant alleged.<\/p>\n<p>She claimed that McMahon \u201ccontinued to advertise\u201d her as part of as \u201cpart of the deal to convince\u201d Lesnar to sign a new contract with WWE.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Her allegations include a sick \u201cbet\u201d with Lesnar in which McMahon \u201cbrutalized\u201d her with a sex toy.<\/p>\n<p>Grant alleged that WWE President Nick Khan and former COO Brad Blum were made aware of McMahon\u2019s sexual conduct with her and chose to enable it rather than intervene.<\/p>\n<p>She claimed the company\u2019s response was not to protect her, but to transfer her out of the legal department and place her under Laurinaitis\u2019s supervision in Talent Relations.<\/p>\n<p>She also alleged that former general counsel Brian Nurse was terminated after raising concerns about McMahon\u2019s conduct.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Nick Khan, former TKO Holdings, along with Khan, Blum, Lesnar and Laurinaitis.<\/p>\n<p>McMahon resigned as CEO of WWE in 2022 and stepped down from his role at TKO in January 2024, after Grant filed her suit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMr. McMahon does not control TKO nor does he oversee the day-to-day operations of WWE,\u201d TKO Group previously <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/wwe-mcmahon-wrestling-sex-lawsuit-67ffabf5960d0aa2885e021daca87ca3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" data-nyp-affiliate=\"true\">told the Associated Press<\/a>. \u201cWhile this matter pre-dates our TKO executive team\u2019s tenure at the company, we take Ms. Grant\u2019s horrific allegations very seriously and are addressing this matter
