On Friday\u2019s broadcast of MS NOW\u2019s \u201cAll In,\u201d guest host\u00a0Antonia Hylton said that the Trump administration justifies the war in Iran partially \u201cby pointing to the religious fanaticism of the Iranian regime,\u201d but for an administration that uses this as a justification, \u201cthey sure like to talk like they are about to launch their own Evangelical Inquisition.\u201d And argued that Secretary of War Pete Hegseth has called \u201cfor ruthless violence on Iranians.\u201d<\/p>\n
Hylton said that Hegseth \u201chas been hosting these highly unusual Christian prayer services at the Pentagon, arguably the seat of American power, and has used the language of holy war as he calls for ruthless violence on Iranians.\u201d<\/p>\n
She then played\u00a0video<\/a>\u00a0of Hegseth where he said, \u201cLet every round find its mark against the enemies of righteousness and our great nation.
