April 3 (Reuters) – Elon Musk is requiring banks and other advisers working on SpaceX\u2019s \u200cplanned IPO to buy subscriptions to Grok, \u200chis artificial intelligence<\/a> chatbot, the New York Times reported on \u200bFriday, citing people familiar with the matter.<\/p>\n Some banks have agreed to spend tens of millions of dollars a year on the chatbot and have begun \u200cintegrating it into \u2060their IT systems, the report said.<\/p>\n Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, Bank of \u2060America and Citigroup are serving as active bookrunners, or the lead banks managing the deal, Reuters reported \u200bearlier this \u200bweek.<\/p>\n Musk and SpaceX \u200bdid not respond to \u200cReuters’ requests for comment.<\/p>\n JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup and Bank of America declined to comment.
