Since Russian strongman Vladimir Putin launched his full-scale invasion more than four years ago, the office has documented more than 210,000 such cases.<\/p>\n<p>Images of the wreckage show market stalls ripped to pieces and the roof collapsed, as fires tore through the shops, with meat and other produce spread on the floor among the charred structure.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>\u201cShops were mutilated,\u201d Hanzha slammed on Telegram.<\/p>\n<p>In separate attacks in the Dnipro region, a five-month-old baby was among three people injured as flames from drones and aerial bomb strikes ripped through residential neighborhoods. <\/p>\n<p>In Russia, two key Baltic oil export hubs were damaged after a series of \u200bUkrainian drone attacks, forcing refineries to find \u200cmore expensive rail transport routes to other export terminals.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Fires also broke out after drone attacks in the Dnipro region, injuring three people including a 5-month-old baby. <span class=\"credit\">Oleksandr Ganzha \/ Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration \/Telegram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>A Ukrainian drone and missile attack on southern \u200bRussia also killed at least one \u200cperson and injured four others.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced greater security co-operation with Turkey after meeting with Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan in Istanbul Saturday, \u2014 as Kyiv seeks \u200cto <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/03\/02\/world-news\/ukraine-knows-how-to-stop-iranian-shahed-drones-and-is-offering-its-help-zelensky\/\">leverage its wartime defense capabilities<\/a> against Iranian drones.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Zelenskiy met with Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan in Istanbul Saturday. <span class=\"credit\">via REUTERS<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>In exchange, Erdogan\u00a0vowed to continue supporting negotiations to end the <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/04\/03\/world-news\/russia-unleashing-rolling-aerial-attack-on-ukraine-kyiv-says\/\">war in Ukraine<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Zelensky is also expecting a visit from US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and President Trump son-in-law Jared Kushner for peace talks in Kyiv this month, Zelensky\u2019s chief of staff, Kyrylo Budanov, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2026-04-04\/ukraine-expects-top-us-envoys-in-kyiv-this-month-to-reboot-talks\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">told Bloomberg News<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The delegation, which may include Sen.
