All occupants were evaluated at the scene, and no arrests were made. The cause of the collision remains under investigation.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-87183e\" class=\"body-graf\">Spelling and the seven children were transported to the hospital via ambulances and treated for injuries including cuts, bruises, contusions and concussions, according to TMZ, which <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/04\/04\/tori-spelling-kids-taken-hospital-after-car-crash\/\" target=\"_blank\">first reported the incident<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-f1f7b2\" class=\"body-graf\">Video obtained by the outlet appeared to show the actor speaking animatedly with first responders at the scene of the accident. Photos published by TMZ appeared to show Spelling\u2019s car to be significantly less damaged than the other vehicle involved.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-7db53e\" class=\"body-graf\">Spelling shares five children with her ex-husband Dean McDermott, whom are now aged 9 to 19.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-809a75\" class=\"body-graf\">It&#8217;s not the first time that Spelling has found herself in a car accident with her children.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-e022b5\" class=\"body-graf\">In 2011, when she had two young children and was pregnant with her third, she shared in a tweet that she &#8220;had a pretty big accident&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.today.com\/popculture\/tori-spelling-blames-paparazzi-after-car-crash-wbna43383865\" target=\"_blank\">while trying to get evade a paparazzo<\/a> who was following her and her kids to school.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-94423a\" class=\"body-graf\">Spelling wrote that she took down a &#8220;whole wall&#8221; of the school, and that she would head to the doctor to check on her then-unborn child.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-9b2edc\" class=\"endmark body-graf\">\u201cHe then STILL got out to try to get pics,\u201d she tweeted. \u201c10 school moms chased him away.
