Rumer Willis<\/strong><\/a> is pulling back the curtain on the realities of breastfeeding a toddler<\/a> \u2014 and addressing those who disagree in the process.<\/p>\n \u201cWhen someone starts judging my parenting,\u201d Willis, 37, wrote via Instagram<\/a> on Saturday, April 4, over a video of the proud mom breastfeeding her nearly 3-year-old daughter, Louetta Isley Thomas Willis.<\/p>\n In the video, Willis can be seen holding her child in her arms and stroking her hair while she nurses. (Willis, daughter of Bruce Willis<\/strong><\/a> and Demi Moore<\/strong><\/a>, shares daughter Lou with her ex boyfriend Derek Richard Thomas<\/strong><\/a>.)<\/p>\n The video then abruptly cuts to a woman in front of a white board, drawing two circles to signify \u201cmy business\u201d and \u201cyour business.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThis is my business. And this is yours. I am here,\u201d the woman says, marking an \u201cX\u201d inside one circle. \u201cThe problem is, you are also here, when you need to be here.\u201d<\/p>\n The women, who drew another x inside the same \u201cmy business circle,\u201d then drew a line and arrow to the empty circle \u2014 in other words, people need to stay out of \u201cmy business\u201d and solely inside their own.<\/p>\n While the World Health Organization (WHO) recommends moms breastfeed<\/a> up to the second year of their child\u2019s life \u2014 while also incorporating other necessary nutrients, including solid foods and other fluids when age-appropriate \u2014 moms are often judged, shamed and ridiculed for openly breastfeeding<\/a> their infants and children.<\/p>\n In 2019, Coco Austin<\/strong><\/a> hit back at critics after they shamed her for breastfeeding<\/a> her and Ice-T<\/a>\u2019s daughter, Chanel, when she was nearly 4.
