Four men have been arrested after a 26-year-old man was stabbed to death outside a nightclub in London in the early hours of Monday.<\/p>\n
Two other men in their 20s, who were found injured outside the club in Peckham, southeast London, were taken to hospital, where they are in a life-threatening condition, the Metropolitan Police said.<\/p>\n
Police were called just before 4am to reports of a disturbance involving a group of people outside the nightspot on Ruby Street.<\/p>\n
Met officers and London Ambulance Service paramedics found a 26-year-old man with stab wounds, who died at the scene, despite the efforts of paramedics.<\/p>\n
Read more: His next of kin have been told of his death, the force said.<\/p>\n Four men, one aged 18 and three aged 24, were arrested later on Monday on suspicion of murder and remain in custody.<\/p>\n Detective Chief Inspector (DCI) Neil John, who is heading the investigation, said the assault took place “outside a busy nightclub” and asked anyone with information, dashcam or mobile phone footage to contact police.<\/p>\n Local people should expect to see more police activity during the rest of the day.<\/p>\n DCI John called it a “deeply tragic” incident and said their thoughts “are with the victim’s family”.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
