Seen here: Lively arriving at court in February. <span class=\"credit\">AFP via Getty Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The director\u2019s legal team<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/04\/02\/celebrity-news\/justin-baldoni-responds-to-dismissal-of-blake-livelys-sexual-harassment-claims\/\"> celebrated the victory<\/a>, telling Page Six in a statement, \u201cWe\u2019re very pleased the Court dismissed all sexual harassment claims and every claim brought against the individual defendants.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese were very serious allegations, and we are grateful to the Court for its careful review of the facts, law and voluminous evidence that was provided.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lively later <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/04\/03\/celebrity-news\/blake-lively-addresses-unfathomably-painful-justin-baldoni-case-after-judge-torpedoes-lawsuit\/\">spoke out about the court ruling<\/a> via Instagram, writing in a lengthy statement, \u201cThe last thing I wanted in my life was a lawsuit, but I brought this case because of the pervasive RETALIATION I faced, and continued to, for privately and professionally asking for a safe working environment for myself and others.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>On Thursday, a judge dismissed 13 of Lively\u2019s allegations against Baldoni (seen here). <span class=\"credit\">Lone Pine Press for NY Post<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The allegations that remain are breach of contract, retaliation and aiding and abetting in retaliation. <span class=\"credit\">Gregory P. She\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/12\/31\/celebrity-news\/blake-lively-sues-justin-baldoni-over-it-ends-with-us-feud\/\">filed a lawsuit <\/a>against him that same month.<\/p>\n<p>Baldoni vehemently denied\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/entertainment\/blake-lively-justin-baldoni-drama-it-ends-with-us-movie\/\">Lively\u2019s allegations<\/a>\u00a0and responded with a $400 million lawsuit against her and her\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/02\/03\/celebrity-news\/ryan-reynolds-ex-scarlett-johansson-gets-dragged-into-blake-lively-justin-baldonis-case\/\">husband, Ryan Reynolds<\/a>.
