The Penthouse Pet accused of stealing from rich old men broke the rules of her house arrest two times as her wedding date to billionaire Stephen Cloobeck rapidly approaches, the California Post can reveal.<\/p>\n

Adva Lavie, who is scheduled to marry Cloobeck in Israel on June 18, is not allowed to have a passport or travel out of the state of California, it was revealed in court.<\/a><\/p>\n

But the model contacted the Israeli Consulate in early March for an appointment to obtain a passport, the Post has learned.<\/p>\n

She was scheduled for a March 25 appointment at 9:40am at the Los Angeles consulate office on Wilshire Boulevard.<\/p>\n
