If you\u2019re an international traveler dreaming of the Grand Canyon<\/a>, you better pack an extra $100 per person.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s the new reality for non-US residents at America\u2019s most popular national parks after an executive order from President Donald Trump<\/a> that went into effect at the start of 2026.<\/p>\n

The hefty surcharge applies to 11 of the busiest national parks across the country, including the Grand Canyon, Yosemite, Yellowstone<\/a>, Zion, Glacier, Rocky Mountain, Grand Teton, Bryce Canyon, Sequoia & Kings Canyon, Everglades and Acadia.<\/p>\n

But it\u2019s not a blanket charge. Only nonresidents aged 16 and above must cough up the extra cash on top of standard entrance fees.<\/p>\n
