It has introduced a new service that allows them to complete the procedure electronically through the Ministry of Interior’s “Absher” platform. According to the newly launched service, a vehicle owner can easily transfer the license plate to another with the click of a button. Among the advantages of the service is the assurance of securely receiving the payment, the ability to carry out the service at any time and place, and receiving the driving license through a postal carrier.<\/strong><\/p>\n The electronic service begins by selecting the services icon, then vehicle management and plate transfer, followed by choosing a new request. This is followed by selecting the transfer of plates between my vehicle and another owner’s vehicle, then entering the other party’s information and paying the fees. The service requires the payment of due amounts, a valid periodic inspection, and active insurance for both vehicles, as well as an agreement between the two parties by entering and confirming the other party’s information in the system. Then, the plates are exchanged, and new driving licenses are issued.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
