That is out of the question. We cannot leave it on its own.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dcr-130mj7b\">\u201cIt is too early to say what the next steps will be. But it is clear we will not be limiting our supplies to the load that was aboard the tanker Anatoly Kolodkin.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dcr-130mj7b\">\u201cRussia has no plans to walk away from the western hemisphere, no matter what Washington might say.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"dcr-130mj7b\">In late March, the tanker Anatoly Kolodkin carrying 730,000 barrels of crude oil reached Cuba, marking its first oil delivery in three months.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dcr-130mj7b\">Despite threatening tariffs in early January on countries that sell or provide oil to Cuba, the Trump administration <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/us-news\/2026\/mar\/29\/us-russian-oil-tanker-cuba-blockade\" data-link-name=\"in body link\">allowed the tanker to proceed<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dcr-130mj7b\">\u201cCuba\u2019s finished,\u201d Trump said at the time. \u201cThey have a bad regime.
