mansion<\/a> for free. <\/p>\n<p>The former couple modified their property settlement agreement, which shows a \u201ctransfer of property among spouses,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/04\/10\/ben-affleck-gives-jennifer-lopez-his-beverly-hills-mansion-interest\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">per TMZ<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The document doesn\u2019t specify the exact nature of the transfer, but on Friday, sources close to the situation told the outlet that Affleck gave Lopez his entire stake of the property at no cost.<\/p>\n<figure size-large\"><figcaption>On Friday, sources close to the situation told TMZ that the actor gave the singer his entire stake of the property at no cost and there was a modification made to their wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>Reps for Affleck and Lopez were not immediately available to Page Six for comment. <\/p>\n<p>Affleck and Lopez <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2023\/06\/01\/jennifer-lopez-ben-affleck-buy-60-million-beverly-hills-home\/\">bought the massive mansion<\/a> in Beverly Hills, California, for $60.85 million back in June 2023 while they were still married.<\/p>\n<p>The 38,000-square-foot home \u2014 which includes a whopping 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms and a full basketball court \u2014 was supposed to serve as the perfect love nest. <\/p>\n<p>At the time, TMZ reported that the actor and the pop star \u2014 who <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2022\/07\/17\/jennifer-lopez-and-ben-affleck-get-married-in-las-vegas\/\">tied the knot<\/a> in July 2022 \u2014 paid in cash for the pad.<\/p>\n<figure were <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/06\/05\/lifestyle\/jennifer-lopez-ben-affleck-divorce-rumors-ramp-up-as-zillow-adds-photos-of-60m-home-report\/\">heading for a divorce<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Despite reports that the duo were only selling the mansion because Lopez <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/06\/12\/lifestyle\/why-jennifer-lopez-ben-affleck-are-selling-60m-home\/\">thought the property is \u201ctoo big for her<\/a>\u201d and that Affleck \u201cnever liked the house,\u201d\u00a0the singer <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/08\/20\/entertainment\/jennifer-lopez-and-ben-affleck-divorcing-after-2-years-of-marriage\/\">filed for divorce<\/a> two months later.  <\/p>\n<p>That same summer, Affleck<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/07\/27\/lifestyle\/ben-affleck-buys-new-mansion-amid-divorce-rumors-report\/\">\u00a0purchased\u00a0a $20.5 million mansion<\/a>\u00a0in the Pacific Palisades to be closer to his kids \u2014 Violet, 20, Seraphina, 17, and Samuel, 13 \u2014 whom he\u00a0<a
