EMEA accounted for 32.1% of fourth-quarter 2025 revenues, generating $3.87 billion. LATAM contributed 11.8% of fourth-quarter 2025 revenues at $1.42 billion. In January 2026, the company amended the merger agreement to an all-cash transaction valued at $27.75 per WBD share.
