\u200bUkraine and Russia<\/a> exchanged 175 prisoners of war each on Saturday \u200bin their latest swap, officials from both countries said, as they prepare to start a ceasefire to mark Orthodox Easter<\/a>.<\/p>\n President Volodymyr Zelensky<\/a> said \u200bUkraine \u200chad brought home 175 servicemen and seven civilians \u2060from Russian captivity. He said the Ukrainian servicemen had defended the country on different fronts \u200cfrom the east to the south and most \u2060of them had been in captivity in Russia since 2022.<\/p>\n Russia’s Defence Ministry said the United Arab Emirates<\/a> had mediated \u200bthe exchange.
