There was at least a 10-minute standoff before officers fatally shot the suspect, according to the sources.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-d201d6\" class=\"body-graf\">Grand Central Terminal, one of the city\u2019s busiest transit hubs, serves not only daily commuters, but also draws thousands of tourists each day.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-2c3b6f\" class=\"body-graf\">New York Gov.
