the sibling from her Los Angeles condo last year.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cReal Housewives of Beverly Hills\u201d star filed the surprising lawsuit against Kim in January 2025, according to court documents <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/04\/11\/kyle-richards-sued-sister-to-kick-her-out-of-home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">obtained by TMZ<\/a> on Saturday, <\/p>\n<p>Kyle, 57, claimed that Kim, 61, had been living in her two-bedroom Encino, California, home for years and alleged that she first asked the \u201cWitch Mountain\u201d star to leave in late 2024. <\/p>\n<figure and a default judgment was ultimately entered in March 2025 ordering Kim to surrender the property. <\/p>\n<p>Additional court documents obtained by the outlet, dated June 2025, found that the Los Angeles County Sheriff\u2019s Office tried to serve Kim with the judgment. <\/p>\n<p>However, she allegedly moved out of the Encino pad before she could be served.<\/p>\n<p>Reps for Kyle and Kim did 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Although she stepped back as a full-time housewife <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/09\/27\/celebrity-news\/kim-richards-in-a-really-bad-place-after-substance-abuse-relapse-psychiatric-hold-report\/\">due to personal struggles<\/a> after Season 5, Kim has returned in several subsequent seasons.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Kyle has remained a housewife and is the only original cast member to still star on the beloved franchise since its premiere 16 pair\u2019s other sister, 67-year-old Kathy Hilton, has also appeared on \u201cRHOBH\u201d as a \u201cfriend of\u201d the cast.<\/p>\n<p>Kim made headlines in 2024 when she was reportedly <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/09\/27\/celebrity-news\/kim-richards-placed-on-psychiatric-hold-after-relapsing-from-substance-abuse-report\/\">placed on a 72-hour psychiatric hold<\/a> following a substance abuse relapse.<\/p>\n<p>While Kim has not publicly addressed her substance abuse struggles, both Kyle and Kathy have in recent years.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKim and I have never had issues or anything,\u201d Kathy told Us Weekly in October 2024. \u201cShe is going through a tough time, and she\u2019s doing better now.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/10\/11\/entertainment\/kyle-richards-shares-how-she-is-supporting-sister-kim-after-relapse\/\">trying their best to support Kim<\/a> during a chat that same month.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou know,\u00a0we are a family, [so] when something\u2019s going on with one of us, we all sort of stick together and circle around each other and try to be there and lift each other up,\u201d she told us.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo that\u2019s what I\u2019ve been trying to do,\u201d\u00a0 Kyle continued. \u201cOf course, you never want to show the most difficult parts of your life, but I don\u2019t have that luxury.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><br \/>\n<br \/><a
