Threads, claiming the side quest has led to a surge in customers adding extra tips after their food has been dropped off.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kargo.com\/privacy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"\/>Phoenix shared that she initially started doing <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/04\/10\/us-news\/philadelphians-attack-uber-eats-delivery-robots-one-month-after-launch\/\">Uber Eats<\/a> in the early morning hours to get some extra spending Starbucks bag sits on a concrete doorstep, while the bottom of the frame clearly shows Phoenix\u2019s feet in tan Birkenstock-style sandals with white-painted toenails.<\/p>\n<p>Another photo shows a brown paper delivery bag alongside the same pair of sandals, while a third captures two McDonald\u2019s bags positioned neatly on a door mat, with her feet once again making a cameo.<\/p>\n<figure paying off.<\/p>\n<p>One user shared a screenshot of their own earnings after trying the trick, admitting they were \u201cshook\u201d by the outcome.<\/p>\n<p>The screenshot showed a total trip balance of $65.04, including a massive $49.69 tip on a fare originally expected to be around $15.99.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter the results to speak for themselves, with other drivers reporting that the \u201cgold medal strategy\u201d was working for them as well.<\/p>\n<p>Phoenix herself celebrated the success of her \u201cnew side hustle,\u201d joking that she had officially earned enough for a \u201crotisserie chicken allowance\u201d and was now aiming for a \u201cpedicure allowance\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>She even shared a QR code for her <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/tag\/venmo\/\">Venmo account<\/a> for those who appreciated her toes and wanted to leave a little extra.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module alignright\">\n\t<\/aside>\n<p>Hundreds in the comment sections shared their praise, with one saying it was \u201cabsolutely genius\u201d while others told her to keep up the \u201cfoot work\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Someone even joked: \u201cThis is not tax advice, but I bet you could write off your pedicures.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>However, not everyone realised the \u201ctrue\u201d reason the tips were increasing.<\/p>\n<p>One user admitted they were \u201cextremely naive\u201d and originally thought the tips were rising because the photo reminded customers that a human being had delivered their food.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCrying reading the comments,\u201d they added after realising the feet themselves were the main reason.<\/p>\n<p>After going viral, Phoenix shared her thanks with followers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI knew my feet were pretty but I didn\u2019t know HOW pretty,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n<p>She claimed that many people who normally \u201chate seeing feet\u201d had reached out to tell her that hers were the exception to the rule.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the potentially creepy nature of the messages, Phoenix insisted that the feedback had been surprisingly wholesome.<\/p>\n<p>She described Threads as the \u201cgirls\u2019 girl club of social media\u201d and claimed that even the direct messages from men had remained respectful.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI feel
