Seen here: Lively and Baldoni on the \u201cIt Ends With Us\u201d set. <span class=\"credit\">GC Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>A rep for Lively (seen here with Ryan Reynolds) wasn\u2019t immediately available to Page Six for comment. <span class=\"credit\">GC Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Baldoni denied\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/entertainment\/blake-lively-justin-baldoni-drama-it-ends-with-us-movie\/\">his co-star\u2019s allegations<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/02\/03\/celebrity-news\/ryan-reynolds-ex-scarlett-johansson-gets-dragged-into-blake-lively-justin-baldonis-case\/\">responded with a $400 million counter lawsuit, <\/a>which was ultimately\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/06\/09\/celebrity-news\/judge-tosses-justin-baldonis-400m-lawsuit-against-blake-lively-ryan-reynolds\/\">tossed out <\/a>in June.<\/p>\n<p>However, a judge dismissed Lively\u2019s sexual harassment allegations, leaving only\u00a0three claims against the director, including retaliation, breach of contract and aiding and abetting in retaliation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re very pleased the Court dismissed all sexual harassment claims and every claim brought against the individual defendants,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/04\/02\/celebrity-news\/justin-baldoni-responds-to-dismissal-of-blake-livelys-sexual-harassment-claims\/\">Baldoni\u2019s legal team<\/a> told Page Six in a statement.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Lively sued Baldoni (seen here) for sexual harassment in December 2024. <span class=\"credit\">Gregory P. its careful review of the facts, law and voluminous evidence that was provided,\u201d the attorneys continued.<\/p>\n<p>In a separate statement, Lively\u2019s team <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/04\/02\/celebrity-news\/blake-lively-reacts-to-bombshell-ruling-in-justin-baldoni-case\/\">claimed the sexual harassment allegations<\/a> wouldn\u2019t be heading to court because they considered Lively an independent contractor instead of an employee.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNot because the defendants did nothing wrong,\u201d the lawyers said.\u00a0\u201c[Lively] looks forward to testifying at trial and continuing to shine a light on this vicious form of online retaliation so that it becomes easier to detect and fight.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/04\/06\/celebrity-news\/blake-lively-and-justin-baldoni-reject-settlement-talks-as-trial-looms\/\"> failed to come to a settlement agreement<\/a>, leading them to face off in court on May 18.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s unclear who will testify in court, but Taylor Swift\u2019s name has been<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/04\/11\/celebrity-news\/taylor-swift-gets-dragged-back-into-blake-lively-and-justin-baldonis-legal-battle-as-trial-nears-start-date\/\"> dragged into the legal
