Prosecutors <a href=\"https:\/\/abc13.com\/post\/former-missouri-city-pd-officer-blademir-viveros-sentenced-15-years-crash-killed-3\/18780841\/\">said<\/a> he was driving 107 miles per hour without using his lights or sirens when he slammed into another car, killing a mother and her teenage son.
