To be eligible, users must meet several conditions.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>You must be an individual in the US \u2014 not a business \u2014 who used an Android device to access the internet using a cellular data plan at any point since Nov. 12, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>You also cannot be part of a separate California case, Csupo v.
