They share two children, a 10-year-old son and a 6-year-old daughter.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-63dce9\" class=\"body-graf\">Lisa Hochstein and her ex-boyfriend, Jody Glidden, 52, are both facing one felony count of unlawfully intercepting \u201coral statements by Leonard Hochstein and those Leonard Hochstein spoke with,\u201d according to court documents filed in March.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-3f7f2c\" class=\"body-graf\">Records in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida show that Glidden was also arrested Sunday and released on a $5,000 bond the same day.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-3a9857\" class=\"body-graf\">Glidden pleaded not guilty Monday and requested that the court give him 15 more days to file legal motions, including motions to dismiss, challenging whether the charges are legally sufficient. He has also asked for a jury trial.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-7596c4\" class=\"body-graf\">His attorney also waived Glidden\u2019s personal appearance at his arraignment, which is scheduled for Thursday.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-bae55e\" class=\"body-graf\">Bravo declined to comment. The cable network put \u201cThe Real Housewives of Miami\u201d on pause last month <a href=\"https:\/\/variety.com\/2026\/tv\/news\/bravo-puts-the-real-housewives-of-miami-on-pause-1236692860\/\" target=\"_blank\">amid low ratings<\/a>. The show&#8217;s seventh season concluded in October. <\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-7cf150\" class=\"body-graf\">Lisa Hochstein had previously accused Lenny Hochstein of \u201cfinancially strangl[ing]\u201d her, claims that he\u2019s denied. <\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-74fe09\" class=\"body-graf\">\u201cLisa uses these court filings to portray me poorly in the press,&#8221; Lenny Hochstein <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/tv\/lisa-hochstein-lenny-hochstein-divorce-escalates-financial-filing-katharina-mazepa-restraining-order\/\" target=\"_blank\">told People magazine<\/a> in 2022. His then-girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa, also filed a restraining order against her.<\/p>\n<p id=\"anchor-d39e49\" class=\"endmark body-graf\">In 2023, Lisa Hochstein confirmed her relationship with Glidden.
