she told Fox News Digital.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/health\/nearly-90-americans-risk-silent-disease-heres-what-know\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>NEARLY 90% OF AMERICANS AT RISK OF SILENT DISEASE \u2014 HERE&#8217;S WHAT TO KNOW<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Hypertension, diabetes, obesity \u2014 these are all major risk factors for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/category\/health\/heart-health\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">heart disease<\/a>, and we are already seeing what those risks are driving. and can present &#8220;out of the blue in devastating ways.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The AHA published another study on Thursday revealing one million hospitalizations, showing that heart attack deaths are climbing among adults below the age of 55.<\/p>\n<p>The more alarming finding, according to Klodas, is that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/category\/health\/healthy-living\/womens-health\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">young women<\/a> were found more likely to die after their first heart attack than men of the same age.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/health\/doctor-shares-3-simple-changes-stay-healthy-independent-you-age\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>DOCTOR SHARES 3 SIMPLE CHANGES TO STAY HEALTHY AND INDEPENDENT AS YOU AGE<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This is all especially tragic since heart disease is almost entirely preventable,&#8221; she said. &#8220;The earlier you start, the better.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Children can show early evidence of plaque deposition in their arteries, which can be reversed through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/category\/health\/healthy-living\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lifestyle changes<\/a> if &#8220;undertaken early enough and aggressively enough,&#8221;
