The New Jersey-based company also said it plans to spend between $30 billion and $35 billion in 2026. That surpassed a FactSet estimate of $26.9 billion and fueled profitability worries. <\/p>\n<p>Concerns have mounted recently over the long-term sustainability of Coreweave&#8217;s debt load and business model. <\/p>\n<p>The company relies on debt to finance purchases of advanced AI <span class=\"QuoteInBody-quoteNameContainer\" data-test=\"QuoteInBody\" id=\"RegularArticle-QuoteInBody-6\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/quotes\/NVDA\/\">Nvidia<\/a><span class=\"QuoteInBody-inlineButton\"><span class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistContainer\" id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\" data-analytics-id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\"><button class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistButton\" aria-label=\"Add To Watchlist\" data-testid=\"dropdown-btn\"><span class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-addWatchListFromTag\"\/><\/button><\/span><\/span><\/span> chips, which it then rents out. Most of its revenue also hinges heavily on a small group of hyperscalers and AI companies, including <span class=\"QuoteInBody-quoteNameContainer\" data-test=\"QuoteInBody\" id=\"RegularArticle-QuoteInBody-7\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/quotes\/MSFT\/\">Microsoft<\/a><span class=\"QuoteInBody-inlineButton\"><span class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistContainer\" id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\" data-analytics-id=\"-WatchlistDropdown\"><button class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-watchlistButton\" aria-label=\"Add To Watchlist\" data-testid=\"dropdown-btn\"><span class=\"AddToWatchlistButton-addWatchListFromTag\"\/><\/button><\/span><\/span><\/span> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2025\/06\/10\/openai-cnbc-disruptor-50.html\">OpenAI<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"group\">\n<p>When asked whether troubles in the credit market could lead to higher costs of capital, Intrator said he expects costs to continue to decline. <\/p>\n<p> &#8220;That narrative is out there, but the data does not support it in any way, shape, or form,&#8221; he said. &#8220;Our cost of capital over the last 12 months has come down 300 basis points.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Calculated across the company&#8217;s debt load, Intrator said those 300 basis points equate to $700 million in savings and that costs have come down 600 basis points over the last two years. <\/p>\n<p>Wall Street analysts are bracing for a volatile road ahead for CoreWeave as its massive infrastructure ramp pressures margins and drives up costs. <\/p>\n<p>Analysts at Barclays expect shares to pause near these levels as investors gauge the spending changes. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;If we end up with heightened economic volatility, CRWV shares would probably suffer disproportionately due to risk-off positioning,&#8221;
