Russia launched a barrage of drones and missiles at Ukraine overnight on Saturday, damaging infrastructure and killing at least 12 people, including two children, Ukrainian officials said. Local authorities said 10 people were killed when a ballistic missile slammed into a five-storey apartment block in the northeastern city of Kharkiv.
