It’s not his “End Game.”

Travis Kelce confirmed on Monday that he is returning to the Kansas City Chiefs for his 14th season despite rampant retirement rumors.

After the athlete’s reported plans made headlines via The Athletic and ESPN, his and Jason Kelce’s Instagram account for their “New Heights” podcast set the record straight.

“HE’S BACK!!!” the caption confirmed. “TRAVIS KELCE IS BACK WITH THE CHIEFS FOR YEAR 14.”

The social media upload featured an edited video of the tight end quoting a “John Wick” line, declaring, “People keep asking if I’m back, and I haven’t really had an answer. But now, yeah, I’m thinking I’m back.”

The NFL posted a confirmation of their own Monday, writing, “He’s not done yet.”

Travis ended his 13th season with the Missouri-based team on Jan. 4 with a heartbreaking loss against the Las Vegas Raiders.

Following the game, he hinted at his possible retirement in an interview with local reporter Sam McDowell.

When asked if he was planning on taking time away before deciding to retire, he replied, “Who knows. Either it hits me quick or I gotta take some time.”

The 36-year-old also reflected on his love for the team.

“I’m proud of the way we finished this — even though it ended the way it did. Guys still showed up, gave it their all and that’s all you can ask for, man.

“I’ve got so much love for this team, this organization and the people here, so I’ll spend some time with them, go through exit meetings tomorrow and get close to the family and figure things out.”

Kelce has spent his entire career playing for the Chiefs, beginning with the team in 2013.

The football player has had quite the career, winning three Super Bowl rings in 2020, 2023 and 2024.

After his second championship win, Kelce began dating Taylor Swift, who became a staple at several of his Chiefs games at Arrowhead Stadium.

She was often spotted in Kelce’s private suite at Arrowhead Stadium with fellow Chiefs WAG Brittany Mahomes, the wife of quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

In August 2025, Kelce proposed to the pop star after two years of dating. They are allegedly planning on tying the knot in Rhode Island this summer.

Outside of football, the athlete hosts “New Heights” with Jason, who retired from his NFL career after 13 years in 2024.

Kelce has also dipped his toe into several acting gigs, including appearances in “Happy Gilmore 2” and Ryan Murphy’s “Grotesquerie.”
