University of Alabama student James Gracey was alone when he fell to his death, drowning in Barcelona, Spain, according to a report.
Gracey, 20, of Elmhurst, Illinois was captured on CCTV security footage tragically slipping off a rocky cliff into the sea during a trip visiting friends on his spring break, according to a report by the Daily Mail.
The cops earlier Friday announced that there was no foul play in the junior’s death which was believed to be accidental.
The student went missing Tuesday night after he was last seen leaving Shôko nightclub and heading toward a rocky outcrop by the beach around 3 a.m.
Cops said the video confirms he left alone before crossing the beach and falling into the water.
On Thursday, Gracey’s body was found in 13-foot-deep water off Port Olímpic following a frantic search for him that included deep sea divers.
The autopsy results could take weeks to come back, authorities have said.
