The Memphis Grizzlies are on the road on Saturday night as they travel to take on the Charlotte Hornets in an interconference matchup.

Memphis enters Saturday’s game with a 24-45 record after losing at home to the Boston Celtics on Friday night.

In Friday’s loss to the Celtics, Ty Jerome led the way for the Grizzlies as he recorded 16 points and seven assists while Tyler Burton added 23 points and five rebounds of his own off the bench.

Now Memphis will try to bounce back on Saturday as they face off against the Hornets in a tough road matchup.

On the other side, Charlotte enters Saturday’s contest with a 36-34 record after defeating the Orlando Magic at home in dominant fashion on Thursday night.

Coby White led the way for the Hornets in Thursday’s victory as he ended the game with 27 points, three rebounds and five assists off the bench while Brandon Miller recorded 25 points, four rebounds and eight assists.

While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Saturday night’s matchup, both squads may be without some of their key players due to injuries.

Grizzlies Injury Report: Will Ty Jerome, Cedric Coward Play?

For the Grizzlies, they have 11 players listed on their injury report, including both Jerome and Cedric Coward.

Memphis has listed Jerome as doubtful due to right calf injury management and he is expected to miss Saturday’s game.

The Grizzlies have listed GG Jackson as questionable due to a left knee soreness while DeJon Jarreau is questionable with right ankle soreness.

Coward has been ruled out due to personal reasons as he will miss his second straight game while Ja Morant, Brandon Clarke and Jahmai Mashack all remain sidelined while recovering from injuries.

Santi Aldama, Zach Edey, Scotty Pippen Jr. and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope have also been ruled out as they are all set to miss the remainder of the season.

Hornets Injury Report: Will Tidjane Salaun Play?

On the other side, the Hornets have only one player listed on their injury report as they have ruled out forward Tidjane Salaun.

Charlotte has ruled out Salaun due to a left calf strain as he will miss his ninth consecutive contest.

With Salaun still sidelined, Grant Williams could continue to have an increased role off the bench.
