François Picard is pleased to welcome Manlio Graziano, Author, Professor of Geopolitics at the American Graduate School of International Relations & Diplomacy. He argues that we are embarking on a new world order: the US remains a superpower, yet no longer functions as “leader of the free world”. Today, this erosion of hegemony manifests as strategic incoherence: Europe can no longer fully rely on, nor entirely detach from, the US.
