The Penthouse Pet accused of stealing from rich old men broke the rules of her house arrest two times as her wedding date to billionaire Stephen Cloobeck rapidly approaches, the California Post can reveal.

Adva Lavie, who is scheduled to marry Cloobeck in Israel on June 18, is not allowed to have a passport or travel out of the state of California, it was revealed in court.

But the model contacted the Israeli Consulate in early March for an appointment to obtain a passport, the Post has learned.

She was scheduled for a March 25 appointment at 9:40am at the Los Angeles consulate office on Wilshire Boulevard.

But the attempt was revealed in court two days before the appointment, when a witness came forward to tell detectives Lavie was trying to get a passport.

Lavie wanted the witness “to get her to help her obtain another passport in light of me taking her passport from her and booking it into evidence,” Detective Andrea Marsh testified.

When the judge asked the witness if that was correct, she responded “It is, your honor.”

Prosecutors then asked that she be “remanded with no bail.” The judge ruled she would remain on electronic monitoring and reminded Lavie she was not allowed to leave California.

Lavie appears to have broken the rules previous to the passport ask on Valentine’s Day, when Cloobeck proposed to her in Las Vegas.

The two attended The Power of Love Gala on February 14 at MGM Grand Garden when Cloobeck got down on one knee in front of a star-studded crowd that included Cindy Crawford, Alice Cooper and Maria Shriver, the Post can reveal

The moment was posted on Instagram. Cloobeck pledged $1 million to the cause before the proposal.

Prosecutors allege between 2023 and 2025, Lavie used dating apps to cultivate relationships with wealthy older men across Los Angeles County, including in Beverly Hills and West Hollywood.

The alleged honey trapper is charged with six felonies, including two counts of grand theft, two counts of burglary and two counts of unauthorized use of personal identifying information.

She has plead not guilty to all charges and faces over 11 years behind bars.
