توقّع المركز الوطني للأرصاد في تقريره عن حالة الطقس لهذا اليوم (الجمعة) -بمشيئة الله تعالى- هطول أمطار رعدية متوسطة إلى غزيرة تؤدي إلى جريان السيول مصحوبة بزخات من البرد ورياح نشطة مثيرة للأتربة والغبار على أجزاء من مناطق نجران، وجازان، وعسير، والباحة، يمتد تأثيرها إلى الأجزاء الشرقية من منطقة مكة المكرمة كذلك على الأجزاء الجنوبية من منطقتي الرياض، والشرقية، في حين لا يستبعد تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة المصحوبة برياح نشطة على أجزاء من مناطق حائل، والجوف، والحدود الشمالية.
وتكون الرياح السطحية في البحر الأحمر شمالية غربية إلى شمالية بسرعة 12 – 38 كم/ساعة، وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر ونصف، وحالة البحر خفيف إلى متوسط الموج.
أما الخليج العربي فتكون الرياح السطحية شمالية شرقية إلى شمالية على الجزء الشمالي، وشرقية إلى شمالية شرقية على الجزء الأوسط والجنوبي بسرعة 10 – 32 كم/ساعة تصل إلى أكثر من 45 كم/ساعة مع تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي, وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر ونصف يصل إلى أعلى من مترين مع تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي، وحالة البحر خفيف إلى متوسط الموج، يصل إلى مائج مع تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي.
The National Center of Meteorology expects in its weather report for today (Friday) – with the will of God – moderate to heavy thunderstorms that will lead to the flow of torrents, accompanied by showers of hail and active winds stirring up dust and sand in parts of the regions of Najran, Jazan, Asir, and Al-Baha. Its effects will extend to the eastern parts of the Makkah region as well as the southern parts of the Riyadh and Eastern regions, while the formation of rainy thunderclouds accompanied by active winds is not ruled out in parts of the regions of Hail, Al-Jawf, and the Northern Borders.
The surface winds in the Red Sea will be northwesterly to northerly at a speed of 12 – 38 km/h, with wave heights ranging from half a meter to one and a half meters, and the sea condition will be light to moderate.
As for the Arabian Gulf, the surface winds will be northeasterly to northerly in the northern part, and easterly to northeasterly in the central and southern parts at a speed of 10 – 32 km/h, reaching over 45 km/h with the formation of rainy thunderclouds in the southern part. Wave heights will range from half a meter to one and a half meters, reaching over two meters with the formation of rainy thunderclouds in the southern part, and the sea condition will be light to moderate, becoming choppy with the formation of rainy thunderclouds in the southern part.
