Woman accused of shooting Rihanna’s house targeted Billie Eilish, docs show

The woman accused of shooting at Rihanna’s Los Angeles house also targeted Billie Eilish weeks before the attack, court documents show.

Ivanna Ortiz, who faces an attempted murder charge, filed a lawsuit against the “Bad Guy” singer over her concert in Orlando in October.

The 35-year-old, who lived in the Florida city at the time, claimed the show was causing her “immediate and irreparable harm” due to the noise and traffic.

The lawsuit also targeted Live Nation, the world’s leading live entertainment and concert production company that has promoted Rihanna and Eilish.

A judge dismissed her suit and the concert went on without a hitch.

The emergency petition for a temporary injunction was filed prematurely out of noise concerns and traffic issues, according to court documents.

Ortiz also questioned whether a noise waiver had been filed and asked the court to issue an injunction stopping the concert. She was claiming damages between $75,000 and $100,000.

The Florida woman’s past has come back to haunt her since her latest arrest. Her ex-partner was shocked when The Post asked him about the allegations against her.

While Ortiz has been booked and held on bail of $10.225 million, Rihanna and her family are believed to have fled their Beverly Hills mansion following the shooting Sunday.

Ortiz claimed the pop megastar was “stealing” from her, was “jealous” of her, and was a “witch” with a “devil’s face” in a series of clips on her YouTube channel.

In one clip, she says: “Got Rihanna over there all jealous … because how am I … how am I … because her face is the devil. Rihanna’s face is the devil.”

Disturbing social media posts also appear to show a pattern of bizarre fixation by the alleged shooter. In a Feb. 23 Facebook post, Ortiz shared a photo of herself while directly tagging the singer’s account.

“@badgalriri — Are you there?” she wrote. “’Cause I was waiting for your AIDS 5-head self to say something to me directly instead of sneaking around like you’re talking to me where I’m not at.”

There is no evidence to support the claim made in the social media post.

In another post dated Feb. 17, Ortiz shared an image of rapper Drake with the caption: “When Drake found out Rihanna has AIDS,” adding the hashtag “#champagnepapi.”

Several other posts also mentioned Rihanna in hostile terms. In a Dec. 20 post, Ortiz wrote that she was “already through with Rihanna.”
