شهد مطار بالم بيتش الدولي في ولاية فلوريدا حالة تأهب أمني كبيرة، اليوم، بعد فقدان الاتصال مؤقتاً بطائرة مدنية كانت تحلق في منطقة تخضع لقيود طيران مؤقتة، ما دفع القوات الجوية الأمريكية إلى نشر مقاتلات من طراز إف-16 وإطلاق مشاعل ضوئية في إجراء احترازي.
وبحسب تقارير رسمية، أدى الحادث إلى إغلاق مؤقت للمجال الجوي في محيط المطار كإجراء وقائي، في الوقت الذي كان من المقرر تحرك طائرة الرئاسة الأمريكية «إير فورس وان» التي يستخدمها الرئيس دونالد ترمب.
وأكدت قيادة الدفاع الجوي لأمريكا الشمالية أن الطائرة المدنية تمت مرافقتها وإخراجها بأمان من المنطقة، مشيرة إلى عدم تسجيل أي تهديد مباشر لطائرة الرئيس.
كما أوضح مسؤولون في البيت الأبيض وجهاز الخدمة السرية أن الرئيس ترمب لم يكن في أي خطر، وأن الواقعة لا تتعلق بطائرات مسيّرة أو محاولة استهداف.
وأرجع المسؤولون سبب الحادث إلى انقطاع مؤقت في الاتصال بين الطائرة المدنية وبرج المراقبة، مما استدعى تنفيذ الإجراءات الاحترازية المعتادة. وأفادت إدارة الطيران الفيدرالية بأن حركة الملاحة الجوية عادت إلى طبيعتها بعد فترة قصيرة من التوقف.
ونفت السلطات المعنية التقارير الأولية التي تحدثت عن احتمال وجود اختراق بطائرة مسيرة، مؤكدة أن بعض المروحيات التي شوهدت في المنطقة كانت تعمل بتصريح مسبق ولا علاقة لها بالحادث.
ويُعد مطار بالم بيتش الدولي من المطارات المهمة في ولاية فلوريدا، وغالباً ما يستخدمه الرئيس ترمب للسفر من وإلى منتجعه في مار-أ-لاغو، وتُطبق السلطات الأمريكية إجراءات أمنية مشددة حول تحركات الرئيس، خصوصاً في ظل التوترات السياسية الداخلية والخارجية.

According to official reports, the incident led to a temporary closure of the airspace around the airport as a precaution, at a time when the U.S. presidential aircraft “Air Force One,” used by President Donald Trump, was scheduled to move.
The North American Aerospace Defense Command confirmed that the civilian aircraft was safely escorted out of the area, noting that there was no direct threat to the president’s aircraft.
Officials at the White House and the Secret Service clarified that President Trump was not in any danger and that the incident was not related to drones or an attempted attack.
Officials attributed the incident to a temporary loss of communication between the civilian aircraft and the control tower, which necessitated the implementation of standard precautionary measures. The Federal Aviation Administration reported that air traffic returned to normal shortly after the brief halt.
Authorities denied initial reports suggesting a possible drone breach, confirming that some helicopters observed in the area were operating under prior authorization and were unrelated to the incident.
