أصدر خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود أمره الكريم، بترقية وتعيين (218) قاضيًا بوزارة العدل في مختلف درجات السلك القضائي.
وأكد وزير العدل رئيس المجلس الأعلى للقضاء المكلّف الشيخ الدكتور وليد بن محمد الصمعاني، أن الأمر الكريم يأتي امتدادًا للدعم المتواصل من خادم الحرمين الشريفين، وولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، للمرفق العدلي، وحرصهما على تعزيز كفاءته ورفع جودة مخرجاته.
وأوضح أن هذا الأمر الملكي يمثل دعمًا لمسيرة التطوير التي يشهدها المرفق العدلي، ويسهم في تعزيز كفاءة الأداء القضائي، ورفع جودة الأحكام، والارتقاء بمستوى الخدمات المقدمة، بما ينعكس إيجابًا على تحسين تجربة المستفيدين ورفع مستوى رضاهم، وتحقيق العدالة الناجزة.
ورفع الدكتور الصمعاني الشكر والامتنان للقيادة الرشيدة -أيدها الله- على دعمها المتواصل، سائلًا المولى -عز وجل- التوفيق لأصحاب الفضيلة القضاة لأداء مهماتهم بما يحقق التطلعات في إقامة العدل.
The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, has issued his gracious order to promote and appoint (218) judges at the Ministry of Justice across various levels of the judicial system.
Minister of Justice and Acting President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Sheikh Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani, confirmed that this gracious order is a continuation of the ongoing support from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince, Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, for the judicial facility, and their commitment to enhancing its efficiency and improving the quality of its outputs.
He explained that this royal decree represents support for the development journey that the judicial facility is witnessing, contributing to enhancing judicial performance efficiency, improving the quality of rulings, and elevating the level of services provided, which positively reflects on improving the experience of beneficiaries and increasing their satisfaction, as well as achieving swift justice.
Dr. Al-Samaani expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the wise leadership – may God support it – for its continuous support, asking the Almighty – glorified and exalted be He – to grant success to the honorable judges in fulfilling their duties in a manner that achieves the aspirations for establishing justice.
