Disney Lorcana Trading Card Game by Ravensburger has built a strong following since launch, with each expansion steadily growing the trading card game’s universe. Now, following Winterspell, the game is introducing its next set, Wilds Unknown — and this time it’s bringing iconic Pixar characters into the fold.
And TechRadar can exclusively reveal four new cards from the set — two Legendaries, one Rare, and one Common — that translate one of the best animated films into the game. That’s right, The Incredibles are arriving.
Leading the reveal are two of Disney’s most iconic animated heroes: Mr. Incredible and Mrs. Incredible, both featuring striking artwork. Lorcana is also expanding its “Super” classification with a focus on teamwork and synergy.

Mr. Incredible arrives as a Legendary card built for strong, board-wide play, and the art delivers exactly what you’d want — a powerful, grounded stance rendered in warm reds and oranges from the Parr family’s world. Look closely, and you might even spot another familiar face.
Mrs. Incredible is the second Legendary, serving as a recovery anchor in the role of a “determined rescuer.” Her card art is equally impressive, capturing her mid-stretch with debris flying all around.
Frozone is the Rare of the reveal, and he hits the ground running — literally. A keen Rush ability lets him challenge the turn he’s played, and if you have another Super in play, he can lock down an opposing character on arrival. The card art shows him surfing a wave of his own ice — cool palette and all — making him the visual standout of the four.
Mirage rounds out the reveal as a Common card, and she’s quietly one of the most versatile here. Her Business Arrangement ability draws a card when played alongside any Super or Hero character — a broader condition than it looks, and one that makes her useful well beyond a dedicated Super deck. Her Ally classification, rather than Hero, is a small but meaningful distinction.
The art — all purple and magenta energy with that knowing expression — carries a line straight from the film: “The Supers aren’t gone, Mr. Incredible. You’re still here. You can still do great things.”
The Incredibles’ bold, retro-futurist aesthetic translates strikingly into Lorcana’s card style, and Ravensburger is clearly leaning into what makes these characters visually distinct.
“We always do our best to stay accurate to the source material and represent these characters the way people remember them from the films,” says Levi Dodd, Senior Game Designer at Ravensburger working on Disney Lorcana Trading Card Game, “but we also love to show people aspects of their favourite characters they may have never seen before. It’s a great way to discover a side of a character you may have never known you liked before.”
Across these four cards — from Frozone’s icy momentum to Mirage’s quietly menacing glamour — that philosophy is visible in every frame.
“Teamwork really is the name of the game when it comes to supers; we decided that right away,” explains Dodd. “The hard part was finding a way to have the cards be effective on their own, but even better when working together.”
That tension plays out across all four cards: each works independently, but the synergies are clearly there for players to build around. Ravensburger is positioning Super as open-ended rather than prescriptive, and it extends beyond the heroes. Dodd confirms that Syndrome will also appear in Wilds Unknown, with glimmers of Mr. Incredible and Syndrome designed to evoke that iconic showdown from the film.

“Will you go with a glimmer of Mr. Incredible and try to focus your deck around strength and challenging characters, or will you go with a glimmer of Mrs. Incredible, who can protect your characters from danger?” says Dodd. “There’s no wrong answer, so feel free to experiment with all the combinations to find what you like best!”
Around three additional Super cards will also be revealed during the accompanying Lorecast, rounding out the picture of what the classification can do in Wilds Unknown.
The Super classification signals something more structural than a new mechanic — it’s a design philosophy built around teamwork as a mechanical advantage, not just a narrative theme.
With two Legendaries, a tempo-defining Rare, and a surprisingly flexible Common, this reveal covers a lot of ground, and remember, there are a few other members of The Incredibles not featured here, as well as a whole other cast of characters from Pixar, including Toy Story.
Wilds Unknown is shaping up to be one to watch, and will officially launch on May 15, 2026, with pre-sales from select stores on May 8, 2026.
