أعلن وزير الخارجية المصري بدر عبدالعاطي مبادرة إستراتيجية مصرية لتشكيل قوة عربية مشتركة لحماية الأمن القومي العربي، مؤكداً أن مصر لن تقبل بفرض أي ترتيبات إقليمية من أطراف خارجية، انطلاقاً من إيمانها بأن أمن الأشقاء جزء لا يتجزأ من الأمن القومي المصري.
وأكد وزير الخارجية المصري، خلال اجتماع الحكومة المصرية، أن الأزمة الإيرانية الراهنة التي ألقت بظلالها على المنطقة قاتمة وتسببت في ارتباك حركة التجارة واضطراب الإمدادات، خصوصاً بعد استهداف منشآت نفطية أدى لارتفاع المحروقات عالمياً.
وحذر عبدالعاطي من أن اتساع رقعة الصراع يهدد بانزلاق المنطقة نحو حرب شاملة وفوضى عارمة لا بديل عن مواجهتها بالحلول الدبلوماسية والحوار، موضحاً أن القاهرة تواصل اتصالاتها المكثفة مع كل الأطراف الدولية والإقليمية المعنية لوقف الحرب في أسرع وقت ممكن وتجنب تبعاتها الكارثية.
ولفت إلى أن التداعيات السلبية لهذه الأزمة لم تتوقف عند حدود المنطقة، بل امتدت لتشمل العديد من الدول الصديقة والشقيقة.
وكان عبدالعاطي قد أجرى اتصالين هاتفيين مع نظيريه الإماراتي والتركي، وأدان استهداف القنصلية العامة لدولة الإمارات في كردستان العراق، مؤكداً تضامن مصر الكامل مع أبوظبي.
وأكد وزير الخارجية المصري لنظيره التركي هاكان فيدان، إدانة مصر لأي انتهاكات تطال السيادة التركية، مشدداً على رفض المساس بوحدة وسلامة أراضي الدول، مجدداً التأكيد على ضرورة خفض التصعيد كسبيل وحيد لحفظ السلم الإقليمي.
The Egyptian Foreign Minister, Badr Abdel Atti, announced an Egyptian strategic initiative to form a joint Arab force to protect Arab national security, emphasizing that Egypt will not accept the imposition of any regional arrangements by external parties, based on its belief that the security of its Arab brothers is an integral part of Egyptian national security.
The Egyptian Foreign Minister, during a meeting of the Egyptian government, confirmed that the current Iranian crisis, which has cast a shadow over the region, is grim and has caused disruptions in trade and supply chains, especially after the targeting of oil facilities that led to a global rise in fuel prices.
Abdel Atti warned that the widening of the conflict threatens to plunge the region into a comprehensive war and rampant chaos that must be confronted with diplomatic solutions and dialogue, explaining that Cairo continues its intensive communications with all relevant international and regional parties to stop the war as soon as possible and avoid its catastrophic repercussions.
He pointed out that the negative repercussions of this crisis have not been limited to the region, but have extended to include many friendly and brotherly countries.
Abdel Atti had made two phone calls with his Emirati and Turkish counterparts, condemning the targeting of the UAE’s consulate general in Kurdistan, Iraq, and affirming Egypt’s full solidarity with Abu Dhabi.
The Egyptian Foreign Minister assured his Turkish counterpart, Hakan Fidan, of Egypt’s condemnation of any violations against Turkish sovereignty, stressing the rejection of any infringement on the unity and territorial integrity of states, reiterating the necessity of de-escalation as the only way to maintain regional peace.
