A chocolate male enhancement supplement is being urgently recalls because it contains a prescription drug used to treat erectile dysfunction.
USALESS.COM is recalling its Rhino Choco VIP 10X product due to the presence of Tadalafil, which is neither declared on the ingredients label or allowed in over-the-counter products.
The recall applies the Brooklyn-based company’s 10-gram/12-piece chocolate bar supplement packaged in a black cardboard box.
The supplement’s universal product code (UPC) is 724087947668 and it has an expiration date of October 2027, which is stamped on the back.
According to the FDA, products containing Tadalafil cannot be marketed as supplements, which are not overseen or regulated by any agency in the US.
The recall notice stated: ‘The undeclared ingredient may interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs, such as nitroglycerin, and may lower blood pressure to dangerous levels. People with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or heart disease often take nitrates.’
Tadalafil is the active drug ingredient in the erectile dysfunction medication Cialis. It belongs to a class of drugs known as phosphodiesterase type‑5 (PDE‑5) inhibitors and can only be used under medical supervision.
USALESS.com said it has ‘immediately removed [the product] from our online store until we are certain that the problem has been corrected.’

Should supplement makers face harsher penalties for hiding dangerous prescription drugs in their products?
No adverse health events have been reported in relation to the recall.
The FDA does not regulate dietary supplements to the same extent that prescription drugs are, with the agency only stepping in to issue warnings and recalls after a problem has been reported.
While it is FDA-approved, taking Tadalafil carries notable side effect risks, including headache, indigestion, back pain, muscle aches and dizziness, as well as dangerous medication interactions.
Taking Tadalafil can also be dangerous for the millions of Americans taking medication to treat chest pain, such as nitroglycerin. Combining them can result in a critical drop in blood pressure.
This can cause dizziness, fainting, falls, heart attack or stroke due to the brain and heart not receiving enough blood flow.
Since men with diabetes, high blood pressure or heart disease are frequently prescribed nitrates, they face the most significant risk from these contaminated products.
A similar recall was issued in December.
StuffbyNainax LLC voluntarily recalled all lots of MR.7 SUPER 700000 capsules, sold as a dietary supplement, after testing showed the product contained Tadalafil, as well as Sildenafil, sold as Viagra and Revatio.
MR.7 SUPER 700000 capsules, marketed as a ‘male enhancement’ product, was distributed nationwide ‘to a limited number of online customers between August 2025 and November 2025,’ according to the FDA.
That notice did not say what led StuffbyNainax LLC to initiate the recall or whether it learned of the undeclared ingredients from a consumer or outside lab.
