حدّدت وزارة الصحة إجازة موظفي برنامج التشغيل الذاتي الراغبين في أداء الحج بـ 15 يوماً مستمرة تمنح مرة واحد فقط طوال مدة خدمة الموظف.
واشترطت لها التقديم إلكترونياً عبر نظام موارد الداخلي في الأول من ذي القعدة للسعوديين وغير السعوديين، ويستمر التقديم حتى الـ15 من ذي القعدة وطبقاً للضوابط التي وضعتها وزارة الصحة لموظفي التشغيل الذاتي تشمل الإجازة عطلة عيد الأضحى على أن يكون التمتع الفعلي بالإجازة بين الـ4 والـ23 من ذي الحجة 1447.
وطبقاً للمعلومات فإن منح إجازة الحج مرهونة باشتراطات داخلية صارمة منها الحصول على موافقة الرئيس المباشر على أن تكون فترة الغياب لأداء المناسك فقط دون غيرها، وأن يكون طالب الإجازة قد أمضى سنتين في الخدمة.
يشار إلى أن نظام «التشغيل الذاتي» يختلف عن الخدمة المدنية في أنه يتم التوظيف مباشرة عن طريق المستشفيات أو المدن الطبية أو المديريات، وتكون الرواتب والمزايا وفقاً لسلالم خاصة غالباً ما تكون أعلى من الخدمة المدنية، وتطرح الوزارة هذه الوظائف عبر بوابة التوظيف الخاصة بالوزارة أو بوابات التوظيف الخاصة بالتجمعات الصحية.
وفي وقت سابق حددت وزارة الصحة مواعيد الدوام في المنشآت الصحية في مناطق ومحافظات السعودية خلال رمضان الماضي لتكون على فترة واحدة تبدأ من الساعة الـ10:00 صباحاً حتى الساعة الـ4:00 عصراً من الأحد إلى يوم الخميس، واستثني من ذلك العاملون بأسلوب المناوبات الذين يتطلب العمل تواجدهم وفق الجداول المحددة لكل مستشفى أو إدارة أو مركز. وأوضحت أن إجازة ذكرى يوم التأسيس توافق عطلة رسمية لجميع الموظفين.
The Ministry of Health has set the leave for employees of the self-employment program wishing to perform Hajj at 15 continuous days, granted only once throughout the employee’s service period.
It is required to apply electronically through the internal Mawared system starting from the first of Dhu al-Qi’dah for both Saudis and non-Saudis, and the application will continue until the 15th of Dhu al-Qi’dah. According to the regulations set by the Ministry of Health for self-employment employees, the leave includes the Eid al-Adha holiday, with the actual enjoyment of the leave to be between the 4th and the 23rd of Dhu al-Hijjah 1447.
According to the information, granting Hajj leave is subject to strict internal conditions, including obtaining approval from the direct supervisor, ensuring that the absence is solely for performing the rituals, and that the leave applicant has completed two years of service.
It is noted that the “self-employment” system differs from civil service in that hiring is done directly through hospitals, medical cities, or directorates, with salaries and benefits according to special scales that are often higher than those in civil service. The ministry posts these jobs through its employment portal or the employment portals of health clusters.
Earlier, the Ministry of Health set the working hours in health facilities in various regions and governorates of Saudi Arabia during last Ramadan to be a single period starting from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM from Sunday to Thursday, with exceptions for shift workers who are required to be present according to the schedules set for each hospital, administration, or center. It clarified that the holiday for the Foundation Day coincides with an official holiday for all employees.
